Here are the real losers of the Wisconsin Supreme Court race

This year’s Wisconsin Supreme Court race was the most closely watched contest in the nation.

And radical pro-abortion Democrat Janet Protasiewicz won a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

That’s why Students for Life Action says these are the real losers in the Wisconsin race.

Democrat Janet Protasiewicz won a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court by beating Republican Daniel Kelly in the closely watched Wisconsin Supreme Court race.

Conservative groups and activists from around the country were involved in the battle.

Soft on crime, tough on babies

That’s because Protasiewicz is a radical pro-abortion, union boss stooge, who is likely the final vote needed to overturn Wisconsin’s abortion ban and its Right to Work law.

Students for Life Action, in an email statement said, “Janet Protasiewicz, a judge who has been soft on crime and vocal on her bias for abortion, will take the seat on the state supreme court bench at the pleasure of corporate abortionists far and wide. The real loser tonight isn’t Kelly, but rather innocent preborn babies who will face a death penalty as Protasiewicz looks to undo years of Pro-Life laws.”

Protasiewicz campaigned on her radical left-wing ideology while campaigning, saying the state’s election maps were “rigged” and saying the U.S. Supreme Court “incorrectly” decided the Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade

Her victory means she will likely be the deciding vote on the Court on a challenge to the state’s 1849 abortion ban, which went into effect after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

“I can tell you with certainty that if I’m elected on April 4, I’m sure that we will be looking — I am sure we will be looking — at that 1849 law,” Protasiewicz said at a campaign stop adding that she “believe[s] in a woman’s right to choose.”

Millions of left-wing dollars flooded the Democrat’s campaign

The Democrat Party of Wisconsin transferred millions of dollars to Protasiewicz’s campaign after they received millions in donations from out-of-state billionaires leftist billionaires like George Soros and J.B. Pritzker.

She was also endorsed by Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion groups, who spent untold millions on the race.

In fact, the contest ended up being the most expensive state judicial race in American history.

More than $42 million was spent in the campaign almost triple the previous national record, according to the Associated Press.

“Millions of dollars cannot stop the Pro-Life Generation from fighting for the safety of future Wisconsinites, and while tonight’s outcome is certainly a setback it’s the beginning of our fight,” SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins said in the group’s emailed statement.

“With the fall of Roe, we knew we would be up against an infinite cash supply of abortion blood money, but our resources and desire to protect the preborn has only grown stronger. Tonight’s outcome doesn’t seal the fate of all future Wisconsinites, and we will be back to ensure Pro-Life champions take leadership in the state,” Hawkins went on.

Hawkins had endorsed former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Kelly in the race, calling him the “obvious choice.”

The fight to save babies from the abortion mill industry rages on and it’s important that groups like Students for Life Action are there in the trenches fighting tooth and nail.

Pro-Life Press will keep you up-to-date on any developments to this ongoing story.
