Violent attacks on churches, pro-life organizations, and crisis pregnancy centers are on the rise.

And the Biden DOJ and FBI are ignoring the carnage, instead arresting 87-year-old holocaust survivors for praying.

But now Joe Biden is clenching his teeth in rage as a GOP Senator introduced major legislation on crisis pregnancy centers.

The Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade brought out the worst of the pro-abortion activists.

They will use any means, including violence, arson, and vandalism, to keep killing babies.

And pro-life pregnancy centers have been attacked at increasing rates following the overturn of Roe.

“The fight to protect life has become increasingly dangerous”

The Biden administration has made it clear they don’t care about violence against pro-life activists and facilities.

So some Republicans are stepping in to help defend the pro-life community.

Senator James Risch (R-ID) has introduced a bill to give pro-life pregnancy centers security upgrades amid the increasingly violent attacks.

Risch introduced the “Pregnancy Center Security Act” after the multiple targeted violent attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last June.

Risch, in explaining his bill, told Fox News Digital, “Under the Biden administration, the fight to protect life has become increasingly dangerous. Pro-life pregnancy centers across the nation, which provide vital resources for women, the unborn, and our communities, have become targets for violent attacks.”

The Idaho Republican continued, “To ensure these life-saving centers can continue to safely operate, the Pregnancy Center Security Act would create a grant program to enable security upgrades.”

“While the fight for life is far from over, the Pregnancy Center Security Act is a step in the right direction to ensure those on the frontlines protecting life are safe,” he added.

Hope and support

And Senate Pro-Life Caucus Chairwoman Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS) added, “Pregnancy centers offer hope and support for women, girls, and their unborn children. It’s offensive for these facilities to be threatened by violence and vandalism, and I fully support this legislation to help protect them and the good work they are doing.”

Hyde-Smith continued, “Their protection represents a new responsibility in a post-Roe America as more pregnancy centers are established across the country to support mothers and their babies.”

Others weighed in as well, sounding similar themes.

Senator Mike Crapo (R-ID) added, “Expectant mothers should not fear for their safety when receiving medical assistance and counseling.”

The Pro-Life Idaho Senator continued, “Political extremists across the country have made it clear that they will continue to intimidate those who visit and work at these pregnancy centers as well as continue to carry out violent attacks. This bill would provide much-needed security upgrades to these centers in Idaho and across the country, providing safety and peace of mind to health care personnel and their patients.”

Even moderate Florida Senator Marco Rubio was able to come out in support of Risch’s bill, “The Biden Administration has demonized pro-life pregnancy centers as part of its pro-abortion crusade. These centers are vital for mothers and new families, and they should be protected from violent attacks.”

Widespread support

The bill has widespread support in the pro-life community.

Among the pro-life organizations supporting the bill are Students for Life Action, Family Research Council, Heartbeat International, CatholicVote, and SBA Pro-Life America.

Dozens more have come out in support as well.

Penny Nance, President, and CEO of Concerned Women for America told Fox News Digital, “Pregnancy-help organizations provide free medical assistance, education, job training and a host of resources to women in need.”

“These centers operate through charitable contributions and are vital to the communities they serve. Unfortunately, after the Dobbs’ decision was leaked, numerous pregnancy-help organizations were vandalized, firebombed, and even destroyed,” Nance added. “The grants provided through this legislation will allow these organizations to implement security upgrades to ensure their employees and facilities are always kept safe, in order to continue serving women and their communities.”

Risch’s bill aims to establish a grant program to put in security upgrades, such as surveillance systems, for organizations helping with pregnancies.

The bill would also prohibit the grant money from going to organizations that encourage, provide, assist, prescribe, counsel, or refer mothers for an abortion.

Pro-life crisis pregnancy centers have endured vandalism, arson, and other violence at the hands of pro-abortion protesters angered by the overturn of Roe v. Wade.

This bill may help them defend themselves.
