Joe Biden was left red with rage after Nebraska passed this new law

Pro-abortion forces have been scrambling to try and stop Pro-Life politicians from passing legislation.

They completely avoid the fact this legislation saves lives.

And Joe Biden was left red with rage after Nebraska passed this new law.

Last year the U.S. Supreme Court finally overturned the deadly Roe v. Wade decision, which had resulted in the deaths of more than 60 million children.

Nebraska passes 12-week abortion ban

That’s why as soon as Roe was overturned state legislatures began to act.

Many already had in place trigger laws that went into effect automatically upon Roe being overturned.

And in others, legislation was quickly introduced and, in many states, passed.

Nebraska has now joined the growing list of states to pass restrictions on abortion.

Nebraska Republican Governor Jim Pillen signed a bill into law that bans abortion, with exceptions, after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

The new law is just the latest in a string of at least some restrictions on abortion passed by states since Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court last summer.

Another eight states have enacted new laws that restrict abortion at various stages of pregnancy.

A good first step

Despite what the media, Democrats, and pro-abortion activists claim, none of these new laws outlaw abortion.

And in many states the so-called “bans” only affect around 5-6% of all abortions.

The rest of the 94-95% of abortions remain legal in those states.

So for Pro-Life activists these laws are a good first step, but not the end of the fight.

In Nebraska, Republican lawmakers in the Cornhusker State’s one-chamber Legislature amended a bill that outlaws gender-affirming surgeries for anyone younger than 19 and will impose new rules limiting access to hormone therapy and puberty blocking drugs for trans youth.

The amendment added to the bill restricts abortion after 12 weeks.

Like in almost every other state that has passed Pro-Life legislation there are exceptions for rape, incest and when the mother’s life is deemed to be in danger.

Before this latest legislation was signed into law, Nebraska previously had restricted abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

An effort in April to restrict abortion after six weeks failed by just one vote after a Republican lawmaker caved in to pressure from pro-abortionists.

A growing list

The action in Nebraska follows closely on the heels of new Pro-Life laws in North Carolina, Wyoming, Utah, Florida, West Virginia, and Idaho.

In all, there are now 26 states that have passed some form of Pro-Life legislation restricting abortion.

Pro-Life leaders like Students for Life Action’s Kristan Hawkins are applauding these victories while also making it clear they will be back next year to pass even better Pro-Life bills.
