Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson makes one truly bizarre claim about the court’s latest ruling on this vital issue

The Supreme Court has made some interesting rulings in this last session.

But even more interesting were some of the comments and dissents by the high court’s leftist jurors.

And Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson makes one truly bizarre claim about the court’s latest ruling on this vital issue.

The U.S. Supreme Court just ruled 5-4 to allow women in Idaho to obtain emergency abortions for now, while not ruling on whether Idaho’s pro-life law is in violation of federal law.

‘Not a victory for pregnant patients’

While the Court’s decision does not settle the question about Idaho’s strong pro-life law, it did cause some left-wing Justices to literally lose their minds.

And in a truly bizarre dissent, radical pro-abortion Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson showed the nation just how bad she really is.

In her scathing dissent, Ketanji Brown Jackson (KBJ) warned that the Supreme Court’s Idaho abortion decision is “not a victory for pregnant patients.”

She made this truly bizarre statement even though the ruling allows some emergency abortions to resume for now.

And it wasn’t lost on most observers that she used the term “pregnant patients” instead of the factual term “women.”

Then she railed against the decision claiming “pregnant people” are in danger because of the court’s ruling.

“It is delay,” she wrote in her dissent, which she read from the bench. “While this court dawdles and the country waits, pregnant people experiencing emergency medical conditions remain in a precarious position, as their doctors are kept in the dark about what the law requires.”

Jackson also went on to say the court had the opportunity “to bring clarity and certainty to this tragic situation, and we have squandered it.”

Of course, it’s all because of Donald Trump

KBJ continued, “And for as long as we refuse to declare what the law requires, pregnant patients in Idaho, Texas, and elsewhere will be paying the price. Because we owe them — and the nation — an answer to the straightforward pre-emption question presented in these cases, I respectfully dissent.”

Of course, her dissent was anything but respectful; bizarre yes, factually wrong, of course, but not respectful by any stretch.

And not to be outdone, the Biden administration decided to weigh in with their own comments designed to scare women.

A top Biden campaign adviser went so far as to warn that “women’s health, lives, and freedoms remain in peril across the country because of Donald Trump.”

The advisor went on to say that women are being turned away at emergency rooms because “Trump’s Supreme Court majority overturned Roe v. Wade” in 2022.

The White House said this has forced pregnant patients to “the brink of death before receiving the care they need.”

While it’s not surprising the Biden administration decided to blame Donald Trump, what is utterly ridiculous is that “the party of science” continues to refuse to accept science when it comes to the slaughter of children.

And KBJ is doubly ridiculous for both her views on abortion and her refusal to understand that it is women who get pregnant, not “people.”
