Planned Parenthood executives are steaming mad after a Judge rejected their request to dismiss this lawsuit

Planned Parenthood is the nation’s largest abortion provider.

They’re helping lead the charge to make abortion-on-demand the law of the land in America.

But Planned Parenthood executives are steaming mad after a Judge rejected their request to dismiss this lawsuit.

June 24 was the two-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and return the issue of abortion back to the individual states.

Since the Dobbs decision in 2022, 14 states have passed total abortion bans.

Missouri is one of the states that had a trigger law ready to take effect if the Supreme Court overturned Roe.

The law took effect after the Dobbs decision and made all abortions illegal except in life-threatening situations.

Missouri also has a law that says, “No one shall intentionally cause aid or assist a minor to obtain an abortion.”

But in December, an undercover reporter for Project Veritas released a video exposing how staff at Planned Parenthood directed him to their affiliate clinics in Kansas when he told them a story about a made-up minor who needed an abortion without parental consent.

The man told Project Veritas that girls go out of state for abortions “every day” of the week.

“In the video from Kansas City, the made-up girl’s parents couldn’t know about the abortion, the man secretly taping the interaction for Project Veritas told the Planned Parenthood employees,” Missouri Independent reported. “Staff then directed him to their affiliate clinics in Kansas where they said he could ‘bypass’ parental consent.”

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood for transporting minors out of state for abortions.

“It is time to eradicate Planned Parenthood once and for all to end this pattern of abhorrent, unethical, and illegal behavior,” he wrote in the lawsuit.

Planned Parenthood Great Plains filed a request for the Judge to dismiss Bailey’s lawsuit due to the fact that it’s “based on hypotheticals and fictitious patients.”

“There’s no allegation that any abortion has been performed either in Missouri or outside of Missouri, with or without parental consent here,” John Andrew Hirth, an attorney for Planned Parenthood, said at a hearing in early June. “The whole conversation is hypothetical.”

However, Boone County Judge Brouck Jacobs rejected Planned Parenthood’s request and is allowing the lawsuit to move forward.

“This is the beginning of the end for Planned Parenthood in the State of Missouri,” Bailey said in a statement.

Kathryn Monroe represented Bailey’s office at the hearing earlier this month.

She said it doesn’t matter if the question was hypothetical because the employee thought it was real.

“There was admitted conduct about what they would do in this actual situation,” she said.

Planned Parenthood has been murdering babies for decades.

And Missouri Attorney General Bailey could finally make them pay a price for their evil actions.
