The Supreme Court just handed down a ruling that had the Abortion Lobby jumping for joy

Democrats will do anything to expand abortion-on-demand to every corner of America.

When legislation fails, they often turn to the courts to do their bidding.

And the Supreme Court just handed down a ruling that had the Abortion Lobby jumping for joy.

The Dobbs decision overturned Roe v. Wade and returned the issue of abortion back to the states.

14 states have passed total abortion bans since the Dobbs ruling in 2022.

In Idaho, abortions are illegal with the only exception being to save the life of the mother.

But the Biden administration filed a lawsuit to allow abortions in emergency cases where the mother’s health was at risk.

The current law only allows exceptions when the mother’s life is in jeopardy.

“The Biden administration argued that abortions must be allowed in those circumstances, citing a federal law that requires emergency rooms to perform necessary care for anyone who comes through the door,” Axios reported.

On Thursday, the Supreme Court dismissed the case and sided with the Biden administration.

This means doctors will be allowed to murder babies in Idaho while the case is litigated in the lower courts.

However, it doesn’t apply to the other 49 states.

“But in this decision and another that preserved access to abortion medication, the court stopped short of issuing broader rulings,” the AP reported. “The Idaho order doesn’t answer key questions about whether doctors can provide emergency abortions elsewhere, a significant issue as most Republican-controlled states have moved to restrict the procedure.”

Even though the battle is not over, Democrats celebrated the Idaho ruling as a small victory in their battle to make abortion-on-demand the law of the land nationwide.

“Today’s order means that, while we continue to litigate our case, women in Idaho will once again have access to the emergency care guaranteed to them under federal law,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement. “The Justice Department will continue to use every available tool to ensure that women in every state have access to that care.”

Joe Biden also took a victory lap over the ruling.

“No woman should be denied care, made to wait until she’s near death, or forced to flee her home state just to receive the health care she needs,” Biden said in a statement. “This should never happen in America,” he continued. “Yet, this is exactly what is happening in states across the country since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.”

Kamala Harris used the ruling to try and motivate pro-abortion Americans to turn out and vote this fall.

“This ruling does not change the fact that women across the country are being turned away from emergency rooms and denied needed reproductive care because of Donald Trump’s abortion bans,” Harris said in a statement. “Ultimately, one thing is certain: The only way to stop Trump’s relentless attacks on Americans’ fundamental freedoms is at the ballot box this November.”

This battle is far from over.

The issue is expected to be back in front of the Supreme Court at some point.

That’s why Pro-Life Americans must remain vigilant about defeating pro-abortion candidates up and down the ballot in November.
