President Joe Biden and his radical Department of Justice have weaponized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) to terrorize Pro-Lifers.

Biden’s assault on Pro-Lifers
Americans looked on in horror when Pro-Life activist Mark Houck’s house was raided by the FBI who then arrested him for “violating” the FACE Act.
While Houck was acquitted, the FBI’s abuse of power rattled Pro-Lifers as it was clear Biden was determined to weaponize the FBI hoping to silence and intimidate Pro-Lifers.
The abortion lobby is determined to ram through their anti-life agenda – and they will use every dirty trick in their book to get Pro-Lifers out of the way . . .
. . . even throwing them in jail.
Senator Mike Lee has had enough
U.S. Senator Mike Lee and Texas Representative Chip Roy are determined to never let this happen again – so they’ve introduced legislation to appeal the unconstitutional FACE Act.
In a press release, Senator Lee said “Our Constitution reserved general police power to the states. Congress infringed on the states’ police power when they passed the FACE Act.”
Lee continued “The Biden DOJ has weaponized this constitutionally suspect law against pro-life sidewalk counselors while failing to protect pregnancy centers and churches from violent attacks. It’s time to repeal the FACE Act.”
Representative Roy echoed Lee’s comments and added “Free Americans should never live in fear of their government targeting them because of their beliefs. Yet, Biden’s Department of Justice has brazenly weaponized the FACE Act against normal, everyday Americans across the political spectrum, simply because they are pro-life.”
“Our Constitution separates power between the federal government and the states for a reason, and we ignore that safeguard at our own peril,” Roy added.
Pro-Life groups applaud Lee and Roy
Pro-Life groups and organizations all around the country applaud Lee and Roy’s bill to repeal the FACE Act.
Supporting organizations include Thomas More Society, Family Research Council, and Students for Life Action.
Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins said “It’s clear that the Biden Administration has used the FACE Act as a tool for aggressive pro-abortion partisans to take cases of alleged crimes, federalize them, and add the full weight of the government’s support for abortion to the ire against individuals.”
“SFLAction is calling for repeal of the FACE Act and fully supports Rep. Chip Roy’s FACE Act Repeal Act of 2023, as it is a long overdue course correction needed to reign in a weaponized Department of Justice,” Hawkins continued.
Biden’s days of targeting Pro-Lifers are numbered as more Americans are waking up to the gross abuse of power from his administration.
