President Joe Biden is determined to ram through his pro-abortion agenda.
But some states are standing in his way.
And just wait until you learn how these conservative leaders are defending their state against Biden’s plan to push abortion drugs.
Three conservative states fight back
Missouri, Kansas, and Idaho joined forces together to stop Joe Biden’s radical pro-abortion agenda.
All three states jointly filed a lawsuit both against the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Health (DOH) to prevent deadly abortion drugs from flowing into their state, reported Live Action.
These states hope to stop the distribution of abortion drugs via mail from flowing into their state.
Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine already has a lawsuit against the FDA and now these Pro-Life states are asking to join in the active litigation.
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is already representing Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine.
In a statement, ADF Senior Counsel Erin Hawley said “Every court so far has agreed that the FDA acted unlawfully in removing crucial safeguards for women and authorizing dangerous mail-order abortions.”
She continued “The FDA’s recent actions on chemical abortion drugs have harmed the health of women and undermined the rule of law by unlawfully removing every meaningful safeguard from the chemical abortion drug regimen. The FDA, like any federal agency, is required to rationally explain its decisions.”
“Yet its unprecedented actions here did not reflect scientific judgment but rather a politically-driven decision to push a dangerous drug regimen without regard to women’s health,” Hawley continued.
Enough is enough
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is fed up with Biden’s obsession with ramming through his pro-abortion agenda.
“BREAKING: We have filed suit against @POTUS’ FDA for unlawfully approving the shipment of chemical abortion pills in the mail,” Bailey wrote on X.
He continued “Bureaucrats do not have the authority to issue guidance that would cost the lives of both women and their unborn children.”
Abortion drugs do have serious risks – and some studies even report they are more dangerous than a surgical abortion.
Those bringing the lawsuit forward claim the FDA has failed in allowing these drugs to move forward by neglecting the safety of the women who take the pills.
The wicked pro-abort agenda
But the abortion lobby doesn’t care that abortion drugs could harm women.
And they could care less about the FDA protecting women and girls from the consequences of these deadly drugs.
All pro-aborts care about is ensuring more babies will die – while pretending they are “empowering women” with “reproductive freedom”.
But as more and more states sound the alarm at what is happening and stand up to Biden’s bureaucrats – perhaps something could be done before more women get hurt.
