You’ll be furious when you hear what Joe Biden and his pals in the Abortion Lobby just tried to pull on these pregnancy centers

Pregnancy help centers are used to working with shoestring budgets.

They don’t receive million-dollar checks from Hollywood A-listers or wads of cash from the pro-abortion Biden administration.

But what Joe Biden and his minions in the Abortion Lobby are trying to pull now is downright evil.

The Biden administration is facing backlash for a proposed rule that specifically targets pregnancy centers in the worst way.

The new rule could strip federal funding from pregnancy resource centers, and that’s not even the worst of it.

The proposed rule, put forth by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in October, seeks to tighten regulations for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, potentially jeopardizing funding for organizations that provide free resources and counseling services to pregnant women in need.

Under the guise of ensuring TANF funds are allocated appropriately, the rule questions the efficacy of pro-life pregnancy centers in preventing or reducing out-of-wedlock pregnancies, despite their critical role in supporting expectant mothers.

Kristi Hamrick, vice president of media and policy for Students for Life of America, expressed outrage over the proposed rule, highlighting the glaring double standard in funding allocation.

“Why is it that Planned Parenthood continues to receive taxpayer funding without issue, while pregnancy resource centers are targeted for defunding?” Hamrick questioned to The Christian Post, emphasizing the vital support these centers provide to vulnerable mothers.

As the Biden administration faces mounting criticism for what many perceive as an “abortion bias,” U.S. Sens. Jim Risch and Tim Scott have introduced the “Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act” to safeguard funding for pregnancy centers.

With over 2,700 such centers across the nation, the proposed legislation aims to protect the invaluable services they offer to pregnant women in crisis.

Kelsey Pritchard, director of state public affairs for Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, condemned the Biden administration’s attempt to hinder pregnancy centers’ ability to serve women facing unplanned pregnancies.

“It’s a twisted attempt to prioritize abortion over life-affirming support,” Pritchard asserted to The Christian Post, underscoring the administration’s true agenda.

The assault on pregnancy resource centers is not isolated, with political attacks escalating in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade

U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer’s vow to “shut down these brainwashing cult clinics” exemplifies the hostile environment these centers now face.

Despite these challenges, there is cause for hope.

A recent poll revealed that 74% of Americans support public funding for pro-life pregnancy centers after learning about the vital services they provide.

This overwhelming support underscores the importance of vocal advocacy in combating the extremism emanating from the Biden administration and its allies.

As the battle for life intensifies, pro-lifers are rallying behind pregnancy resource centers, recognizing them as beacons of hope and support for women in need.

With legislation like the “Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act” gaining momentum, there is optimism that the tide may soon turn in favor of life-affirming initiatives.

In the face of adversity, the pro-life movement remains steadfast in its commitment to defending the sanctity of human life, ensuring that every mother and child receives the support and care they deserve.

The radical Left might try to take away support, but the faithful pro-life movement will always be there to rally together and support mothers in need.
